You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to compete with Mapero

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Mapero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
